Rock on project Krazy Kool Kids

In the rock on project i learned a lot of things that have to deal with a lot of real world decisions. Like i leanred how to make a deadline and make sure the work is all correct. I also learned how to work as a team me and my group worked really well together and we all spilt oup the project evenly to make the project the best it could be. Also we learned how to follow orders better becasue now we are in a group not one is a boss and you have to learn how to take orders rather than give them. In this project we applied the marketing mix alot during the Swag part of our project. We made 3 products that would be sold to our public which are a Krazy Kool Kids T-shirt a poster and also a beanie. We Promoted our band by designing concert posters that would be put up on an upcoming concert that we are having. Our target market was the younger generation like the young teens to young adults. This is so becasue of the type of music that we create we are a rap group and the younger generations are the ones who most appreciate our music. We combined the 7-key functions of marketing alot during the project. We hat to price our seats. We came to the conculusion on pricing our seats based on other rap artist who were having concerts and the same time and pretty much just averged it out to come out with our prices. Also since our target market was the younger people we had to design out shirts and products so that they would enjoy wearing our shirts and hats that we created. Also we distributed our tour band all across the USA and especially to certain places where rap is most popular like Houston Tx, Atlanta GA, New Orleans LA, and Detroit MI so we had a stratigey in planning out where and when we were going to make our stops at. Overall without the 7-key functions and knowledge of the marketing mix this project would have been more difficult to accomplish.

Mayne Hold Up It's Spring Break Yah Digg haaaaa!

Well my awesome spring break was da bomb dot com. I did alot of stuff. I went to the rodeo with my best friends Billy Ray Weatherstone!!!!!!!!!! and Destin Pipes! We went a rode rides played games ate turkey legs and hamburgers. After dat we went to see Trace Adkins preform and he was awesome. During my spring break we also went to parties and had a lot of fun. Also in my spring break i went to see taylor swift and she was amazing. It was one of the best concerts i've ever been too and she was so beautiful so i fell in love with her. I've decided im going to marry her. Well alsoin my spring break i went to the mall a few times saw a couple movies and also worked out. One of the best things that happend this spring break was i got to catch up on a lot of sleep which was ohh my gosh amazing! I felt so rested and it felt so good sleeping in till 1 p.m almost everyday. So in the end it was a pretty good spring break. =)

Superbowl Target Market

1.Pepsi Max)

In the Pepsi Max commercial where all the men get hurt and they end up saying, "I'm Good" they appeal to men. They target the men in this commercial by showing how manly the guys are by showing how they can take pain but when it comes to diet cokes they cant handle it. So by making a diet coke that men can actully enjoy drinking they appeal to the men. The Product is Pepsi Max. They promote it by using comedy and the price and place is varied on what you buy becasue pepsi is so popular.


2.Teleflora)

The target market of the Teleflora commercial is men who are getting their woman flowers for Valentines day. They express this by the dialouge and by showing how unhappy the woman was when she got the ugly flowers that said mean things to her. And the men they are targeting want to see their lady happy so that is why they are targeting the men in this ad. The Prouduct in this ad is delivered flowers from teleflora and the price varies. They are promoting this by using comedy and the commercial. And the place is Teleflora and they give the number to call if they want to order the flowers.

This coca-coal ad uses some of the 4's of the marketing mix. The first P is price they have on the ad 5cents as the price. Also The use the other P product they have it in bold and it is coca-cola. The are using the other P promotion by selling the coca-cola in bottles which some people may like more and they have a picture of it on the ad. The dont lable where you can get it though becasue coca-coal is so popular you can probably get it anywhere at a convience store.

Superbowl!!! GO STEELERS!!

My favorite superbowl commercial is the NBC:LMAO commercial. I thought this commercial was the funniest out of them all. It used the 4 P's of marketing well. It told you where you could watch it (place) at what time and what day. Which is every thursday night on NBC. The product is the shows such as "my name is Earl" and "30 Rock". They promoted this very well by using comedy which mostly reaches out to everyone of a mature age. This commercial really worked for me. The target market was late teens and up becasue of the maturity. They wernt really selling anything so not really a price there. Well enjoy . . .

Salt and Wawtah!!!

Today's exercise of transferring the salt and water from place to place only using the paper bag was fun. It made us actually think about how we were going to get the materials across the room using the supplies given. We had fun doing this beacsue it was fun mixed with learing at the smae time. Wel learned that there are alot of situation that effect transsporting goods. For example like climate and road conditions.

Working Together

The reason why i chose my group members is because we share a special bond together and we work very well together. We might not seem like it but we get our work done on time and efficentily! I learned that billy ray's favorite food is burgers and i love to eat burgers also. I learned that randy also shares a common love for baseball which i also do. All three of us enjoy baseball which we all have in common. We will work together becasue we all know eachothers strengths and weeknesses and we know how to help eachother out when were in need.
